Who We Are
BKS Agency, Business Services Group was built around a simple observation: companies and trucking operators need the same thing — accurate filings, submitted on time, by people who understand the specific agency requirements involved. We organized around four divisions — Trucking Compliance, Tax, Accounting, and Business Formation & Permits — so a client can start with one filing and expand into ongoing support without switching vendors.
Our clients range from single-truck owner-operators registering their first USDOT number to multi-entity companies that need coordinated tax, bookkeeping, and permitting support across several states.
Our Approach
Every engagement starts with a written scope of work and fixed pricing before any filing begins. We track recurring obligations — IFTA quarters, UCR renewals, sales tax due dates, payroll tax deposits — on a compliance calendar specific to your business, so nothing lapses silently.
We do not oversell services you don't need, and we tell clients directly when a matter is outside our scope and requires a licensed attorney, CPA, or immigration attorney.

What We Do
- Prepare and submit federal and state business filings (USDOT, MC Authority, IFTA, IRP, UCR, LLC formation, EIN, business permits)
- Prepare and file individual and business tax returns
- Provide bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting
- Track recurring compliance deadlines and manage renewal filings
- Coordinate registered agent and BOI filing services where applicable by law
What We Do Not Do
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation or legal advice
- We are not a CPA firm and do not provide attest services, audits, or CPA-level assurance opinions
- We are not an immigration services provider and do not handle immigration filings or petitions
- We do not represent clients before the IRS or FMCSA in enforcement or appeals proceedings
