Do I need to switch accounting software?
No. BKS Suite is the ledger we work in, and we handle the setup and the ongoing entries. If you are on another system today, we migrate your chart of accounts and opening balances as part of onboarding.
How current will my books be?
Bank feeds import continuously and each month closes on a fixed schedule. Reconciliation is enforced to a zero difference before a month is marked closed, so a closed month is a month you can rely on.
Can I see the books myself?
Yes. You get your own login to BKS Suite with the same reports we work from. Nothing is held back for a quarterly presentation.
