Descriptions of filings, deadlines, and requirements published here are general information about how those obligations usually work. They are not advice about your situation, and requirements change. Whether a particular filing applies to your business, and when, depends on facts this website does not know.

Scope of services

BKS Agency provides business services, accounting, tax, payroll, and compliance administration. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration services.

No engagement is created here

Submitting the contact form, using the assistant, or reading this site does not create a client relationship or oblige BKS to perform any work. An engagement begins when a written scope of work is agreed.

The BKS AI assistant

The assistant on this site explains published service information and routes you to the right page or person. It has no access to any account and cannot tell you the status of anything you have filed. Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or out of date; anything that matters should be confirmed with a person. Do not send sensitive personal or financial information to it.

No pricing is published here

Fees are quoted in writing after a consultation. Nothing on this site is an offer, and no price is binding unless it appears in a written scope of work.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its rate limits, scrape it at volume, probe it for vulnerabilities without contacting us first, or use the assistant to generate abusive or unlawful content. Security reports are welcome; see Security.

Third-party sites

This site links to other BKS platforms and to government resources. Linked sites have their own terms, and BKS is not responsible for the content of sites it does not operate.

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the most recent substantive change.
