Stated plainly, because an assistant you cannot predict is one you cannot trust with anything that matters.
It can

- Put multi-step setups in the right order
- Explain what a filing is and when it is due
- Explain what a BKS service includes and who performs it
- Point you to the right page, filing system, or person
It cannot
- See your account, filings, invoices, or documents
- Tell you the status of anything you have filed
- Quote a price or commit BKS to a scope
- Give legal, immigration, or personalized tax advice
- Take any action at all: it has no write access to anything
Two surfaces
Public here. Account-aware inside BKS Suite.
They share an architecture and a wire protocol, but they do not share a tool set, and that is the entire security design.
Public assistant
Every tool available to it is read-only over published service information stored in this website. There is no path from a conversation here to any customer record, because no such path exists in the code, not because the assistant is asked politely to avoid one.

Account assistant
Signed in, the assistant works within your business and your own permissions: your deadlines, your invoices, your filing status, your documents. Anything that would change something is prepared, shown to you, and executed only on your confirmation.

About BKS AI
Can BKS AI see my account?
The assistant on this website cannot. It reads published service information and nothing else: there is no database, no customer record, and no authenticated session within its reach. The assistant inside BKS Suite is a different surface: it works from your own business data, under your own permissions.
Will it ever do something without asking me?
No. On this website it cannot act at all. Inside BKS Suite, anything that would change data follows a prepare, confirm, execute sequence: the action is prepared, the exact change is shown to you, and it runs only after you confirm it. Every step is written to the audit log.
Can it make something up about BKS?
It answers from the BKS service catalog rather than from memory, and it is instructed to say so plainly when something is not in it. If the catalog has no match, you get an offer to speak to a person, not an invented service.
What if it is wrong?
Treat it as a well-informed starting point, not as advice about your situation. Anything that depends on your state, your numbers, or your own filings goes to a person, and the assistant is built to hand off rather than guess.
Should I send it sensitive information?
No. Do not send an SSN, EIN, bank details, or card numbers to the assistant. If you need to share documents securely, that happens inside your BKS Suite account or with your coordinator.
Try it on your own situation.
It is faster than reading twenty service pages, and it will tell you when the honest answer is a phone call.
