How often is MCS-150 due?
Every two years, on a schedule set by the last two digits of your USDOT number. It is also due whenever your operating information changes.
What happens if I miss it?
FMCSA deactivates the USDOT number, and operating on a deactivated number is a violation. Reactivation means filing the update, so the fix is the filing you missed.
